How to Improve Partnership Working Between SEND Schools, Music Hubs and Arts Organisations: A teacher’s perspective
Raising the importance of using SEND teacher expertise to improve partnership working between SEND schools, music hubs and arts organisations. This session aims to equip people with the necessary skills to navigate SEND schools more successfully, critically thinking about challenges of partnership working with SEND schools and what strategies can be helpful to target music provision more effectively.

Kelly-Jo Foster-Peters is a secondary school music teacher with 20 years experience in both mainstream and SEND schools. Kelly-Jo is the SEND music teacher representative on the DfE Music Hubs Advisory Board and the SEND Music Advisor for Southampton Music Hub.
